Since we have gone to 6.0.1, we are experiencing a number of corruptions in mail files. Not sure why they are happening, but once out of every 3 times I try to repair a mail file while the server is up and running, we experience problems where some server task ends up hanging. I end up having to reboot the server to get full functionality back.

What are the best practices for repairing mail files online. I have been shutting down the router, then running fixup. Is there something else that I should be doing?

Thanks.
